We do it for you

We agree to pay $60 dollars toward every RPM to Picture Perfect Health, LLC on the 20th of each month on paid services only from Medicare and acceptable Medicare advantage plans, via check or credit card.

The contract includes PPH paying for all hardware, software, personnel and telephone support for the life of the patient and renewable each year at the same rate unless added programs are available through Medicare & CMS.

This contract is non cancellable for 1 (one) year and auto renewable every year, and requires 90 days advanced notice to cancel, before the end of 1 year period.

Covers 100% medical devices costs, warranties, shipping, hosting, Provider Portal, doctor, office staff and patient support.

Billing, talking to the patient. We give you a weekly Report.
